Andy Dahl joined Edwards Lifesciences in February 2024 and serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. In this role, oversees the company’s global accounting and financial reporting activities, internal controls over financial reporting, indirect sourcing, project management, and finance activities across global business service centers and strategic acquisitions and divestitures.
Before joining Edwards, Andy was Vice President, Global Assistant Controller at Medtronic, where he led responsibilities across corporate and international accounting and reporting, technical accounting, external reporting, and finance support for business development. He also held leadership roles in enterprise risk management and corporate audit at Medtronic.
Earlier in his career, Andy served as Chief Audit Executive at Polaris Industries and spent approximately 11 years with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in audit, accounting, and risk advisory roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant.
