Jenna is a Partner in PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency practice, where she advises financial services and technology clients on governance, risk management, and internal controls in complex and rapidly evolving environments. She brings deep expertise in digital assets, helping organizations build trust, resilience, and scalability across their operating models.
Over the past several years, Jenna has been a trusted advisor to clients across the digital asset ecosystem, including custodians, exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and infrastructure providers. She has led operational and technology focused engagements for both emerging platforms and established institutions adopting digital asset capabilities, including third-party assurance engagements (SOC 1, SOC 2) and control design and operating effectiveness assessments.
Jenna has played a key role in shaping PwC’s audit and attestation approach for public and private clients with digital asset holdings and digital asset–related service offerings, including the development of technology-enabled methodologies that address novel risk and control considerations.
