Laura Kiernan is an award-winning investor relations and capital markets executive with 30+ years of experience advising Fortune 500, Russell 2000, high-growth public and private companies, executive teams, and Boards through transformative moments. She specializes in developing strategies that optimize valuation and corporate reputation through investor storytelling, shareholder engagement, valuation analysis, financial communications, capital raising, investor targeting, activism preparedness, short surveillance, and strategic transactions.
Laura has built and led nationally recognized investor relations programs across technology, media, consumer, luxury, industrial, and emerging growth sectors. She has partnered with management teams through IPO readiness, complex securities offerings, M&A transactions, private equity transitions, activist situations, and periods of significant market dislocation. Her work has contributed to meaningful valuation expansion, including award-winning programs at Ubiquiti, Inc. and WWE.
Prior to Streamex, Laura served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc., where she led investor strategy, shareholder communications, and capital markets engagement. She has served on the NIRI NY Board for more than 8 years and has been a volunteer with NIRI National for 26 years. She previously founded High Touch Investor Relations, advising global companies on investor strategy, valuation improvement, and financial communications.
Laura has been recognized by Institutional Investor’s All-America Management Team rankings, including being named a top-ranked Investor Relations Officer in Technology, Media & Telecom. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Investor Relations Charter holder (IRC), a 2026 NIRI Fellow, and an NYU Stern Scholar, earning her MBA in Finance and Strategy from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
