Lauren Elting is Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of McDonald’s Corporation. She joined McDonald’s in July 2024 and assumed her current role in October 2024.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Lauren spent more than seven years at Federal Signal Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. Her experience there included SEC reporting, corporate accounting, internal controls, technical accounting, M&A, and Audit Committee matters.
Earlier in her career, Lauren spent more than 12 years with Ernst & Young LLP, including professional practice roles focused on technical accounting and SEC reporting.
Lauren earned a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
