Lisa Stark is Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of U.S. Bancorp. In her role, she is responsible for the organization’s Accounting Policy, Corporate Accounting, External Reporting, Controller’s Operations, Corporate Insurance, Finance Risk, Tax, and Valuation Control functions.
Lisa joined U.S. Bank in 2008 after spending ten years in public accounting serving financial institutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. She is a certified public accountant and actively supports personal and professional growth through mentoring.
Lisa serves on the St. Cloud State University Foundation Board and the American Bankers Association Accounting Administrative Committee. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, and outside of work, they enjoy traveling and spending time with their two grown sons.
