Matthew (Matt) W. Janzaruk is Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Procter & Gamble, a position he has held since 2022. In this role, he oversees finance and accounting operations across one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies.
Matt joined Procter & Gamble in October 2003 as Senior Director – Corporate Accounting Consultation. He has held a series of progressively senior finance and accounting leadership roles throughout his career at the company, including Vice President of North America Home Care Category Finance, Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Vice President of Global Internal Audit.
Prior to joining Procter & Gamble, Janzaruk was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where he served in the National Office across Brussels and Cincinnati.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated in 1995. He is an active member of the Financial Executives International Committee on Corporate Reporting and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC), Accounting Advisory Board at the University of Notre Dame, the Audit Committee of the Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC), and the Audit Committee of Bethesda, Inc. He is also a Sponsoring Member of EY’s Corporate Controller Leadership Network.
